Scottsdale is gearing up for its annual Western Week, a cherished tradition that honors the city's rich Western heritage and vibrant community spirit.
From January 24 through February 1, 2026, Old Town Scottsdale will transform into a hub of cultural festivities, offering residents and visitors a variety of engaging events.
The week kicks off on Saturday, January 24, with the Western Week at the Farmers Market at 8:00 AM.
Attendees can enjoy live country music while exploring fresh produce, indigenous specialties, and artisanal goods from local vendors.
On Sunday, January 25, families are invited to the Parks & Rec Wild West Roundup at the Scottsdale Civic Center.
This free event features games, crafts, and Western-style entertainment, providing fun for all ages.
Throughout the week, Western Spirit: Scottsdale's Museum of the West will offer free admission on select days.
Residents can explore the museum on January 29 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while everyone is welcome on January 30 and 31 from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Art enthusiasts won't want to miss the Western Week Gold Palette ArtWalk on Thursday, January 29, starting at 6:30 PM.
Old Town galleries will showcase works with a Western twist, accompanied by live performances and opportunities to meet artists.
The festivities culminate on Saturday, January 31, with the 72nd Annual Parada del Sol Historic Parade at 9:30 AM.
Approximately 150 entries, including floats, mounted riders, and marching bands, will celebrate Scottsdale's diverse cultural heritage.
Following the parade, the Trail's End Festival will transform Historic Old Town into a Western-style celebration with live entertainment, food trucks, and activities for all ages.
