Brooks Koepka, a two-time WM Phoenix Open champion and five-time major winner, has officially committed to the 2026 edition of "The People's Open," scheduled for February 2–8 at TPC Scottsdale.
Koepka secured victories at the WM Phoenix Open in 2015 and 2021, marking significant milestones in his career.
His return to the PGA TOUR comes through the newly established Returning Member Program, designed for players who have achieved elite performance levels and are seeking reinstatement.
Under this program, Koepka has agreed to a $5 million charitable donation and will forgo participation in the Player Equity Program until 2031, potentially missing out on substantial earnings.
Despite these conditions, he expressed enthusiasm about rejoining the TOUR and competing at events like the WM Phoenix Open.
"Brooks Koepka is one of the most accomplished players of his generation, so to welcome a two-time WM Phoenix Open champion and five-time Major winner to the field speaks to the stature of this event and its ability to attract the best players in the world," said 2026 WM Phoenix Open Tournament Chairman Jason Eisenberg.
"We're excited to welcome Brooks back to TPC Scottsdale and look forward to seeing him compete again at 'The People's Open.'"
The 2026 WM Phoenix Open, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and fan engagement, will feature various events throughout the week.
Highlights include the Annexus Pro-Am on Wednesday, February 4, and the tournament rounds from Thursday, February 5, through Sunday, February 8.
Fans can look forward to the iconic 16th hole, known for its stadium-like setting and enthusiastic crowds.
General admission tickets are available, with prices set at $75 for Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, and $125 for Friday and Saturday.
Monday and Tuesday offer free admission, courtesy of Ford Free Days.
