Mendocino Farms Menu in Scottsdale, AZ

Mendocino Farms is bringing its signature "Eat Happy" experience to Scottsdale.

 

The California-born fast-casual concept, known for its farm-fresh, chef-crafted sandwiches and salads, opens in Scottsdale's Gainey Ranch on Tuesday, February 17.

 

The space is designed to be a welcoming spot perfect for everything from quick lunches to casual dinners to group gatherings.

 

GET A FREE MEAL—AND MAYBE A BRANDED TOTE, TOO

 

Guests are invited to celebrate the opening by signing up for My Mendo, the brand's rewards program, to receive a free entrée with any purchase.

 

New members who sign up and select Gainey Ranch as their favorite location by February 16, 2026, will have the offer automatically added to their account on Grand Opening Day, available for a limited time.

 

Existing My Mendo members can enjoy the same offer by updating their favorite location to Gainey Ranch by the same date.

 

Additionally, the first 100 guests on opening day will also receive a branded tote bag filled with limited-edition swag, while supplies last.

THE FOOD & DRINKS

 

The menu includes selections such as The Farm Club, Mendo's elevated take on the classic turkey club; the "Not So Fried" Chicken Sandwich; and the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada.

 

Guests can also look forward to rotating seasonal items that highlight bold flavors and fresh ingredients.

 

Mendocino Farms' housemade beverages are an extension of the brand's commitment to fresh, thoughtful ingredients, with all options being both vegan and gluten-free.

 

Bright and tropical flavors shine in the Guava Lemonade, Get Your Greens juice, and Pomegranate Mint Lemonade, which go along with Classic Lemonade and Passion Fruit Black Tea.

 

Catering options are also available.

 

LOCAL MENDOCINO POP-UPS

 

Additionally, Mendocino Farms will be popping up around Scottsdale beginning on Wednesday, February 18, in a branded food truck, offering locals an opportunity to sample menu items and take home swag.
